These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website operated by Global Trading Point (Pvt) Ltd("GTPL", "we", "us", or "our"), including any online inquiry forms, invoice pages, and card payment portal (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

GTPL provides trading, sourcing, procurement, and related services. Product and service prices are not listed on this website. All pricing is provided on a quotation or invoice basis. To obtain pricing, please contact the company or email info@gtpl.lk. A price quoted or shown on an invoice is valid only for the scope, quantity, and period stated on that quotation or invoice.

An order is formed when you accept a written quotation or invoice issued by GTPL and, where applicable, complete payment through our secure card payment portal (processed by our third-party payment provider). You represent that you are authorised to use the payment method provided and that all information you supply is accurate.

Payment of an invoice constitutes acceptance of the goods or services described on that invoice and of these Terms, including our Refund Policy (no refunds). Card payments are subject to verification and approval by the payment processor and your card issuer.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been confirmed or payment has been received, except where required by applicable law. Because many transactions involve custom sourcing, import/export, or supplier-specific procurement, goods and services are procured specifically for you and cannot be resold as standard stock. Please review quotations and invoices carefully before payment.

Delivery timelines, Incoterms, shipping methods, and risk of loss are as specified on your quotation or invoice. GTPL is not liable for delays caused by customs, carriers, suppliers, force majeure, or events outside our reasonable control. Title and risk pass as stated in your contract or invoice; where silent, risk passes upon handover to the carrier or completion of the service, as applicable.

Except as expressly stated in writing on your invoice or contract, goods and services are supplied "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of the website or payment portal.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GTPL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity. Our total liability arising from any order shall not exceed the amount you paid to GTPL for that specific order, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.

Content on this website (text, logos, graphics, and layout) is owned by or licensed to GTPL and may not be copied or used without our prior written consent. Your purchase does not grant rights to our branding or website content.

Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when they were last revised. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
